You may return an item to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to accept any returns for any reason after 90 days.
Our requirement is that the merchandise is not used, worn, or washed. It must be in the original packaging and with original tags in place.
Your purchase receipt will be required. If you are in our customer data base, it is usually possible to retrieve your receipt when you provide us with the date of your purchase.
Please understand that all clearance sales are not returnable – that would be anything discounted 50% or more.
Any drop shipped items or special order items may not be returned.
We will refund shipping costs if you are returning an item that is the result of our error.
Special Orders
Sometimes we are able to get merchandise for you that we do not carry in our store; such as a kayak in another color or a particular Life is good item. We are happy to accommodate you when we can. All special orders must be prepaid.
Damaged Shipments
In the event you receive a shipment that is damaged, you must report it to us immediately. Make sure you keep all packaging and damaged products exactly as you found it. We will give you further instructions when you call.
Privacy Policy
We will never under any circumstance sell, barter, or give your information to anyone for any reason, period. If you give it to us, it stays with us!
